Arabica Colombian Coffee

This 100% Arabica Castillo variety, grown in Dosquebradas, Risaralda – Colombia, and processed using the honey method, scores 85.5 SCA points, highlighting clarity, sweetness, and balance in the cup.


The dry fragrance presents chocolate, honey, and yellow fruit notes, which carry through into the aroma with clear impressions of chocolate and honey. On the palate, the cup is sweet and juicy, featuring flavors of ripe yellow fruits, honey, and chocolate, supported by a lively acidity that adds brightness and structure. The full body delivers a rich, smooth mouthfeel, finishing with a long, syrupy aftertaste reminiscent of molasses and chocolate.


This coffee is well suited for roasters seeking a honey-processed Colombian microlot with pronounced sweetness, solid structure, and excellent performance across filter brewing and espresso.
